In situations where our company and high quality partner decide to jointly promote our services, we may provide to that partner certain personal information, such as username/userid, the name, the address and other necessary information of persons who have subscribed to the services as a result of this joint promotional effort for the simple and sole purpose of allowing the same high quality partner and our company to evaluate the results of the joint promotion.

In this situation, the personal information will not be used by the partner for any other purpose. From time to time we may sell advertisements that appear on our websites, in our products or in connection with our services. To that end, we may also create aggregate profiles from the personal information provided by Members and Visitors during visits or registration. These aggregate profiles and non-identifying and include information such as the total number, but not the names of Visitors or Members. More on how this aggregate and non-identifying information is used to sell advertisements is explained below.

Sponsors and Partners of Our Company

From time to time, Members and Visitors may be offered products and services in conjunction with an affiliated partner, a non-affiliated partner or an independent contract seller. In order to provide Members and Visitors the above mentioned products or services, the partner may find it necessary to collect and maintain some personal information. When this situation arises, you will be notified in advance of the collection or transfer of this data and may decide not to make use of that feature or specific service.

Additionally, some or all of our high quality partners may have certain co-branded Web pages or advertisements which are cosponsored by an affiliate partner, a non-affiliate partner or an independent contractor seller. In order to administer the co-branded services or products offered, our company may find it necessary to share aggregate and non-identifying (except as described above), non-personal information with such partners.

Online Shopping and Registration Information:  At some of our Web sites, you make purchases of our products and services, or fill out a registration form to receive information and materials such as a catalog, newsletter, new products updates or service notices. Additionally, there are some situations where we use this non-identifying and aggregated information to customize the presentation and delivery of advertisements or joint ventures. In these situations, if an advertising partner or joint venture company communicates the details of the audience they would like to reach, clearly communicates the benefits they offer such and audience, and provides our company with a customized or tailored advertisement for the audience, we may display or send the advertisement to the intended audience according to the non-identifying and aggregated information we have collected. Personal information about our visitors or Members is not communicated by our company to these advertising partners or joint venture companies.

Our Responses to Your Email Inquiries: The return email address of any email inquiry or service request sent by a Visitor or Member is only used to answer the email inquiry or service request. The return email address is not used for any other purpose and we do not share it with any third party.

Periodic Customer Surveys And Feedback Requests

Because these types of surveys and requests help us to customize and improve our products and services, as well as how we deliver them to customers, we invite and encourage our customers to participate when we send them. The personal information and responses provided in the process of responding to these surveys or requests will remain strictly confidential, even should the survey be conducted by a third party. Though very helpful to our company, participation by Members and Visitors in these periodic surveys and feedback requests is voluntary.

The information we receive from individuals responding to our Customer Surveys or Feedback Requests may be combined (or aggregated) with the responses and comments of other customers to create more generic, broader and non-identifying responses to the questions (for example, age, education, location/residence, hobbies, activities or other demographic information) from the survey or feedback request.
