Screen Shot of Google Chrome Browser

Again, thanks to blogoscoped.com, here’s a screen shot of the browser.

As much as I was hoping for some new wiz bangin looking cool interface, I have to admit I’m intrigued by the simplicity of it.

I’m sure there’s plenty of room for developers to add all sorts of new things.

This screen shot also shows the mode of having a set of thumbnailed sites showing up on one page. Kind of reminds me of the IGoogle homepage, but with site thumbnails instead of applications.

Google caught many people by surprise with the announcement of the Google Chrome Browser.

The story first broke during the middle of the day on September 1st, as Google announced that it will be starting early public tests of it’s new Chrome browser in over 100 countries world wide.

To help people understand what Chrome is, they even created a handy comic book to help explain it.

It might be a little technical at times, but it will give you and idea on the story behind Chrome and why Google created it. Here’s the link to the comic Google Chrome Browser Comic.
