Google Chrome and the other apps, services and “things” Google gives away for free are like money in your bank account.
Some people don’t realize this because they confuse the word “free” with the words “no cost” or “no value’.
The phrase “A penny saved is a penny earned” clarifies that issue.

No More Chrome Download Link

Anyone else notice that the Chrome download link has been removed from the main Google search page?
Either Google thinks they have enough beta testers(users) for now, or maybe they think that enough people will simply search for it so the removed it.
Or maybe they simply wanted to make room for the ”Make your homepage beautiful” link which highlights themes created by world famouns artists, designers and musicians specifically built to spice up your iGoogle homepage.
Whatever the reason, the removal of the link on their home search page could be the explanation why the world is not seeing Chrome’s market share continue to grow as quickly as it did soon after release.
